KR series are non-standard stud type track rollers manufactured with super precision machining technology of JMC.

This product is applied to automatic tool changer of machining center and is manufactured and supplied on specifications ordered by the customer. 

NUKR series are a part of JMC stud type track roller series. We produce this product from outer diameter of 35mm to 180mm.

The needle is composed of double lined needles without cage. This product is suitable for heavy load.

JMC supplies NUKR..R type, the spherical outer ring type and NUKR..SL type, the cylindrical outer ring type. 

CFH series are standard track rollers and are used for the same usage with CF and CR and are needle roller bearings with identical components and range of operation.

On the other hand, handle of the stud has eccentricity of approximately 0.25~1.0mm so that you can adjust the stud towards the central shaft by rotating the stud.

This can be applied to compensate for lack of accuracy for repositioning with cam home, backlash and for level adjustment for hole machining when installing multiple products.

Hexagonal wrenches are usually more comfortable than screwdrivers when rotating the stud. Therefore, JMC supplies stud type track rollers with hexagonal wrench socket placed on head of the stud. 

CFE series are stud type track rollers and are used for the same usage with CF and CR and are needle roller bearings with identical components and range of operation.

On the other hand, approximately 0.25~1.0mm sized eccentricity ring is installed between head and connection part of the stud so that you can adjust the stud towards the central shaft by rotating the stud.

This can be applied to compensate for lack of accuracy for repositioning with cam home, backlash and level adjustment for hole machining when installing multiple products.

This procedure is for convenient shaft adjustment for precise positioning of track roller.

* Notice that since eccentricity rings are installed on CFE series, thickness of the stud part differs with CFH types. 

CR series are the main standard product among stud type track rollers manufactured by Jalman Precision Co., Ltd.

CR series are sized in inches. In contrast, CF series are sized in inches. Those two types are widely used.

Cage type and filling type are available for CR. The cage type is suitable for high speed and medium load whereas the filling type is medium to low speed and heavy load.

Special products reflecting customers’ requirements are available.
