CFE series are stud type track rollers and are used for the same usage with CF and CR and are needle roller bearings with identical components and range of operation.

On the other hand, approximately 0.25~1.0mm sized eccentricity ring is installed between head and connection part of the stud so that you can adjust the stud towards the central shaft by rotating the stud.

This can be applied to compensate for lack of accuracy for repositioning with cam home, backlash and level adjustment for hole machining when installing multiple products.

Hexagonal wrenches are usually more comfortable than screwdrivers when rotating the stud. Therefore, JMC supplies stud type track rollers with hexagonal wrench socket placed on head of the stud.

This procedure is for convenient shaft adjustment for precise positioning of track roller.

* Notice that since eccentricity rings are installed on CFE series, thickness of the stud part differs with CFH types.
